When you submit the audit request form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message) via Formspree, solely to respond to your request.
When you submit a review on the Reviews page, we store your name, rating, and comment via Supabase. Reviews are not published until manually approved.
When you request a free flash test, we collect your name, email, the URLs you submit (up to 3) and your answers to the optional fields, via Formspree, to run the test and send you the results. If you tick the optional box, anonymized and aggregated findings may be used in a published study; no site or company name is shown.
Data submitted through the audit request and free flash test forms is kept for a maximum of 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. Anonymized and aggregated findings, which cannot identify you, are not covered by this period.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). IP addresses are anonymized. No data is collected before you accept the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time.
